Level 1 Class - How to use your devices

Ever felt lost when using your phone or your computer. And every time you try to use them you feel like you're going to break them. Worry no more, with my LEVEL 1 Tech Class you will learn to take control of your technology and not let your technology take control of you. These are the topics that can be learned in this class: 1. Learn about technology and how to be more comfortable with it 2. How to use your phone (basics) 3. How to use your computer (basics) 4. How to use IOT devices 5. How to connect to the internet This and all of the other classes are at your own pace and will require you to use your own equipment. Please keep in mind that this and any of the other classes will require you to take notes and it will be up to you to remember the content. If you don't have a computer and still want to learn I can let you use my equipment for an added fee. Privacy statement The classes offered use your own devices which can have sensitive information which can be seen by me during a class or troubleshooting service. Such information will not be used outside of the class/appointment. I'm not responsible for any data loss, data corruption or scams that you might run into during or after a service appointment.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit and no refund will be provided.
