Service Description

Choose this service if you need help with more than 1 issue. Ever run into issues with your devices that you can't figure out how to solve? Ever tried calling your internet service provider for help and they say they can't help or they send you to the manufacturer's support page and you end up spending hours or even days trying to solve that one issue? Don't waste your time. I can go directly to your house and help you troubleshoot whatever issue your encountering. If it's an issue with your computer, your phones, smart televisions, IOT devices, WiFi issues, or you need guidance, book an appointment and I will provide you with great solutions in a short amount of time. Here are some examples of this service: I can't get my E-mail to work on my phone or computer I can't get my TV to play Netflix (connectivity issues) My ring cameras are disconnecting This service only applies to 1 issue per session. If you need more than one thing fixed please choose the Extended At-Your-Home Troubleshooting service. Please keep in mind that not everything can be fixed or has a solution. If there is no solution to your issue due to hardware issues, complex connectivity issues or incompatibility issues you will be charged $40 for troubleshooting attempt. Even if there is no solution for your issue during the appointment, I will guide you to a potential solution and provide my expertise to satisfy your needs. Please call or e-mail me before booking an appointment if you are not sure that your device is something I work with. Currently I don't troubleshoot home security systems or complex home networks.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit and no refund will be provided.
