This service is meant for anyone who needs troubleshooting assistance and remote support. Remote support includes assistance with: Setting up your email on your computer or smartphone. Issues running software/Programs. Virus Scanning and Removal. Speed up your computer. Program installations. And more... If you're unsure if your issue can be solved remotely give me a call and I'll help you find the best solution for your situation. Please only use this service if your devices you're having trouble with are connected to Wi-Fi and online. Otherwise please choose the Regular At-Your-Home Troubleshooting Service. This service also doesn't provide tutorials on how to use software. (ie. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Photoshop etc.)

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit and no refund will be provided.
